I. Improve the working environment and reduce the impact of high temperatures
- Install fans, spray cooling equipment, air conditioners, etc., at high-temperature posts in workshops to ensure that the temperature in the working environment is controlled within a reasonable range.
- Set up temporary sunshades for outdoor operations to provide employees with cool resting places.
II. Pay attention to employees' health
- Arrange mung bean soup, herbal tea, and other cool drinks in workshops, rest rooms, and other places to ensure that employees can replenish water at any time; distribute protective supplies such as Huoxiang Zhengqi Shui (Huoxiang Zhengqi Oral Liquid), cooling oil, etc., to workers in high-temperature operations.
- Conduct daily temperature checks on employees before they start work, with a focus on those suffering from underlying diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and hypertension. Adjust their work posts if necessary; set up temporary medical points and arrange professional medical staff on duty. In case of employees showing symptoms of heatstroke, take first-aid measures immediately and send them to the hospital for treatment.
III. Strengthen safety training and emergency drills
- Organize employees to carry out safety production training in high-temperature weather, popularize knowledge on heatstroke prevention and cooling, first-aid methods for heatstroke, and precautions for equipment operation in high-temperature environments, so as to improve employees' awareness of self-protection and emergency response capabilities.
- Formulate emergency plans for high-temperature weather and organize regular emergency drills to ensure that in case of sudden incidents such as heatstroke of personnel and equipment failures, rapid response and proper handling can be made to minimize losses.
